Recently the deputy special counsel and and senior trial attorney of the US Department of Justice in Washington, DC informant executive recruiters. The fact that DOJ had opened an inquiry in their “pattern or practice of discrimination” against non-US citizens in a specific job posting. Recruiters were warned not to discriminate against non-US citizens win the recruiting for jobs online.
