I saw my doctor the other day when I had to have an MRI done. I had hit my head a few weeks back and he wanted to make sure that everything was going to be okay with me. The bodhran drum is also known as the Irish drum or Celtic drum. I love to play with the drum. I got it from my father who used to be a musician. I just saw my friend Karin’s wedding photographs and I must say they are quite extraordinary. I had no idea that they would come out so well, since the church was so dimly light. He even had an amazing shot of the doves as they flew away.

Many avenues are available for learning musical skills.  In the past, you usually had to hire a teacher and that was your only option.  Today, you could get a vocal training cd for singing if you want to know how to sing.  Some of the CDs are good because they’re created by experienced, well known vocal coaches.  I suggest staying away from any courses, which aren’t very reputable in the singing market.  Many people claim they can teach singing, but they don’t have practical experience.  Trust me, I once was fooled by a teacher.  She just wasn’t what she claimed to be as a vocalist.
