Stop Changing Charging Connections!
Many cell phone manufacturer’s keep changing the headset and charging ports of their cell phones, while others try to keep them consistent. Samsung and Sony Ericsson are the worst culprits when its comes to this. There are about 5 to 7 different types of charging ports for cell phones by these manufacturers, and they just do it so they can sell more samsung accessories. Compare this to Nokia, which only has a 2.5mm charging connection which applies to all of its phones. Sure, some changes are necessary which are required as technology evolves, like Motorola’s shift from mini usb to micro usb, but it is very frustrating to the customers when big cell phone manufacturers just change connections in order to sell more cell phone accessoreis, and the result is lower customer loyalty!
