A pulse oximeter for your workouts

If you aren’t in the best shape ever but are trying to get there, you may consider using a pulse oximeter for your workouts.  If you’re like me and need to shed a few (ok, more than a few!) pounds, you are probably not in the best physical condition.  When I workout, I often get winded and have a hard time catching my breath.  Sometimes, it doesn’t take much for me to get like this.  Other days, I feel like I have more endurance.  I started bringing my Nonin GO2 fingertip oximeter with me to the gym just to make sure that I was getting enough oxygen during my workouts.  It’s so small and portable and it helps me to not over-push my body.
