Healthy diet to lose belly fat
Being in strict and proper diet alone is not important. It must be a healthy one. The food items you eat must be rich in fiber and low in calories. Keep this mind always. Eat your meals after a specific interval of time. If you are going to have six meals a day, then the gap between each meal should at least be two to three hours. The food you eat must include vegetables, spinach and fruits. This helps you to lose belly fat fast! During nights eat very less food. Similarly during the evenings drink some kind of soup.
