Foreclosed Beachfront Property
Towards the end of 2009, the bank I work for dissolved its mortgage company into a single department of the bank. Since I now share office space with the mortgage department, I have become quite familiar with the current real estate market. Unfortunately, there are many properties foreclosed on daily but they present great opportunity for others looking to invest in both homesteads and commercial properties. With proper management, these foreclosed properties could generate a great deal of revenue for an investor, especially since loan interest rates are relatively low. I personally do not feel experienced enough to manage a commercial property, but a rental house at the beach would be fantastic.
