The great thing about futon beds is their simplicity. They are easy to move around. They don’t have to take up a lot of space and they are quite inexpensive when compared to traditional mattresses. There are a few things to consider when buying a futon bed however. You will want to make sure that you select the right futon mattress (there are a large variety of these to chose from). You will also want to get a frame or a platform bed to hold your mattress, unless of course you want to just slide the mattress under a current bed you have and use it as an additional bed when needed.
