My Husband, The Cook in Our Family
My husband is the cook in our family. I am amazed at not only what a great cook he is but how much he enjoys it. He even joined a Cheese of the Month Club he could get cheeses from all over the world and add them to his various creations he makes for dinner. What amazes me more than anything is that he is completely neat in the kitchen when he is cooking. He says the key is to clean as you go along and not wait till the end. In theory, that sounds right, but in my reality of cooking, I make a complete mess in the kitchen when I cook.
