DUI Felony Charge: Caught Driving After Having a Few Drinks
My boyfriend called me last night from jail. I was pretty upset as soon as he told me where he was. Apparently he was out driving after having a few drinks. He said he is being charged with a dui felony. He said that he hadn’t had very much to drink, however it was not his first arrest for drunk driving. That is probably why it is a felony charge. I called a lawyer this morning and was told that he would likely have to spend some time in jail. I really wasn’t expecting that. I am rather upset at my boyfriend.
