We May Have to File an Oil Spill Lawsuit to Survive
My husband just sits in the chair staring bleakly out at the Gulf, day after day. He really doesn’t even want to listen to the news reports any more. It has been a long time since he has been able to take out his fishing boat, and the end of this oil mess is no where in sight. Unfortunately, we still have bills to pay and food to buy and a mortgage on the house and boat to worry about. Yesterday we talked to a lawyer who says that we may have grounds for an Oil Spill Lawsuit. Taking away our livelihood, by accident or on purpose is just plain wrong, and someone needs to help us get back up on our feet. Suing may be the only way to look out for the needs of our family.
