I cannot believe the amount of divorces in our courts.It looks to me that as society isn’t so against divorce, a lot of people file for divorce.It’s unbelievable how many divorce attorneys populate towns of all sizes.The best one can hope for is reconciliation, and if that doesn’t happen, a negotiated resolution.The court is the final call-maker if negotions fall apart.There’s no worse outcome than a protracted and expensive heated trial that is open to the public.The kids suffer the most in any divorce proceeding.No one likes it when a child should side with one parent or the other.The whole mess can be avoided if a couple will divorce without an attorney.When a couple can’t see eye-to-eye on the big problems, then not using a lawyer will not work.
