Running Without Shoes
There is lots interest in around the very idea of barefoot running or working out in running shoes. There is a lot of opinions as to the preferable way, but yet hardly any proof that one is in fact better than another. This is even with numerous boasts currently being produced that barefoot exercising is better and that jogging shoes can be harmful. The actual study doesn’t support this. Understandably there’s a growing industry for barefoot running shoes, which is relatively of an oddity as how could you be barefoot together with footwear? These types of shoes are very minimal as well as are said to mirror the act of going for a run not using running shoes.
