I Need to Keep Up with World Events
I was talking at lunch with some friends about what was going on in Italy. I could not believe how someone could come from such humble beginnings, and make such a wonderful impact on the environment. Then we ordered the wine and appetizers. I asked my friends if they saw the report on the local news. They all said no, they had read about in the Wall Street Journal. I forgot that the local news rarely tracks world events. I knew at that moment that I needed to start reading it too. I need to learn to keep up more with what is taking place.
