Legal Verbiage of Patents
Is there a reason that there are so many firms that are willing to help with the patent of an idea? In the what I thought was going to be an easy way to look up types of patents, instead what I was inundated with was a long list of websites and companies that wanted to do everything for me. As long as I come up with the initial design of the product they could do what they were the professionals at. Is it really that complicated to figure out? What would be the advantages to hiring a lawyer for this work?
